Google Drive integration

Keep your team’s guides in your own Google Drive

Steppr has no cloud of its own. Instead, it connects to the Google Drive your team already uses, so every guide, SOP and tutorial you record lives in your company’s storage. Add send-email access and Steppr sends guides and invitations from your own Google account.

Two ways to connect

How to connect Google Drive

  1. Choose “With my team”. When you first open Steppr, pick the team setup. Connecting storage is an optional step you can also do later.
  2. Pick Google Drive. On the “Connect storage and mail” step, choose Google Drive, or Google Drive with send email access.
  3. Sign in with Google. Your browser opens Google’s own sign-in page. Approve access and return to Steppr.
  4. Invite your team. Paste a comma-separated list of emails to invite everyone at once, and see who’s still pending.
