Training manuals and work instructions
Training manuals and work instructions in minutes, not days
Training material goes out of date fast and is slow to produce. With Steppr, a trainer records the task once and gets a step-by-step manual with screenshots, plus a video version for people who learn by watching.

Why trainers use Steppr
- One recording becomes a PDF manual, images for slides and an MP4 video.
- Narration turns into written instructions automatically.
- Highlights and callouts make the important part obvious.
- Update one step instead of re-making the whole module.
Create a training module in three steps
- Start recording. Press ⌥⇧⌘R or choose New recording from the Steppr icon in your menu bar. It works with any app on your Mac.
- Do the task once. Click, type and talk it through the way you normally would. Each click, keystroke and shortcut becomes a named step, using the real button and field names.
- Polish and share. Add highlights, boxes, arrows or text, reorder steps, then export a PDF, one PNG per step, or an MP4 video.
