Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Steppr. Try every feature free before you buy, and if a license still isn’t right for you, we’ll refund it within 14 days.

Try before you buy

Every feature is free to try for 14 days (28 days for teams), with no account or card needed. Please use the trial to check that Steppr works for you on your Mac.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. When we refund a purchase, the license key is deactivated.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@steppr.app from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt email.
  2. Include your order number. A short reason is welcome but not required.
  3. We’ll process the refund through [Paddle / Lemon Squeezy]. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion, for example if Steppr doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it. Just get in touch.

EU and UK customers

If you live in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content such as a software license, this right ends once delivery starts if you have agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right to withdraw, which you do at checkout. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies regardless.

Your other rights

This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
